Website terms.
These terms cover use of the Bezeled website. Actual project work is governed by the proposal or service agreement we sign with you.
About these terms
This website is operated by Bezeled Pty Ltd (ACN 691 164 315, ABN 12 691 164 315). By accessing or using bezeled.com.au, you agree to these Website Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms apply only to the website. Design, development, consulting and other client services are governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work or service agreement.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes, including learning about Bezeled, viewing our work and contacting us about a potential project.
You must not:
- use the site in a way that breaches a law or another person’s rights;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, server, forms or connected systems;
- introduce malicious code, overload the site, scrape it at a harmful rate or interfere with its operation;
- misrepresent your identity or submit false, misleading, unlawful or abusive material; or
- copy or exploit site content except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Information, not advice
Content on this site is general information about Bezeled and our work. It is not legal, financial, investment, cybersecurity or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances.
We aim to keep the site accurate and current, but do not promise that every item is complete, error-free or continuously available. Portfolio material may describe work at the time it was delivered; a linked client site may later be changed by the client or another provider.
Enquiries and project agreements
Submitting a form, sending an email or discussing a project does not create a client relationship, obligation to accept work or binding services contract. A project begins only when the relevant parties accept a written agreement and any stated commencement conditions are met.
Please do not send confidential information until we have agreed how it should be handled. We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Bezeled owns or licenses the site design, layout, copy, code, graphics, logo and other content on this website. You may view the site and make a temporary copy through normal browser use. No other right or licence is granted.
Client names, logos, trademarks, screenshots and project materials remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to identify work completed or discussed. You must not use them in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership.
Third-party links
The site links to client websites and other third-party services. Those sites are controlled by their owners and may change without notice. A link does not mean we control or endorse all content, products, security or privacy practices on the destination site. Use third-party sites under their own terms and at your own risk.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. Subject to any non-excludable rights, Bezeled is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from your access to, reliance on or inability to use this website or a linked third-party site.
Any liability connected with client services is dealt with under the relevant project agreement and applicable law, not these Website Terms of Use.
Availability and security
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will always be free from defects or harmful components. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security, backups and protection on your own devices and systems.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes apply from the updated date shown above. Your continued use of the site after that date means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Subject to any law that gives you a right to bring proceedings elsewhere, the courts of Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
